On December 19th, the Contra Costa Girl Scout organization held an Ice Skating event at the Street of Brentwood.
While Sierra and I stood outside the rink watching,
Brian and Marissa slowly walked across the ice. With Brian by Marissa's side, she quickly learned to skate across the ice, cruising the rink and circling the large Christmas tree in the center of the ice rink.
At the conclusion of the event Marissa earned her Girl Scout Ice Skating Fun Patch!!
