c'mon I know we all have them, right?! You wake up feeling GOOD, get the kids dressed; eat breakfast; feed the dog; pack the 'KID' bag (water, snacks, diapers, flask (J/K), toys); managed to pick an outfit and leave it on w/out tossing 5 back in the closet asking yourself why you haven't given it away; you're on schedule - you're having a great start of the day.. and then WHAMMO - Marissa's first ballet class turns into Nightmare on Ballet Street.. you think WTF?... did I just enter the Twilight Zone?, am I on Candid Camera? wait a second - - the day just pulled an I GOTCHA?! I wasn't laughing! I began to think, what causes these freak moments....can Calgone really take me away??..... Marissa is only 3 years old, I kept telling myself. AAGGHH!! why does she climb me crying as if I'm a tree and she's a monkey?? What all of a sudden scared her enough not to dance, get a sticker and sit w/her friends? Parenting... no one can prepare you, and just when I think I've mastered it - I get the rug pulled out from underneath me, and it hurts. Ok. So I had a bad day - - can't say I have many, but I surely needed to vent and Marissa was not happy w/the no cartoon and no barbie day. Will that work - we'll see. Tomorrow is another day.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with days like that!
