Hobie was just as excited as the girls, ripping into his wrapped dog toys, although I think the organic/environmentally correct toys we purchased were not all that exciting - whoops, nonetheless Hobie enjoyed chasing the toys around the house as we all had turns tossing them upstairs and down the entry way.
The girls then attacked their stockings..which Marissa had noticed while walking down the catwalk from her room to ours. Marissa came screaming into our room "SANTA was here, SANTA was here!! I can see the toys sticking out of our stockings!! C'mon lets go, lets go!!"
The most exciting moment was when the girls noticed their play Kitchen and the theme that Santa decided to thrill them with a large assortment of kitchen utensils and food!! I graciously turned my craft room into a play/kitchen room - the girls LOVE IT!
Later that day we headed over my parents house for Christmas dinner! I proudly made my late grandmothers macaroni salad - which became the hit of our dinner party!! YEA ME!
Christmas concluded on Saturday where we spent the day with Brian's parents.
Uno Moo - was a super cool gift!!
Marissa was more excited about her very own nail salon kit - polish, nails, file, gems, and a nail dryer! Anyone want to come over for a mani/pedi, just call!!! HA!
Brian received a 62 quart pot - to compliment his new BBQ burner to cook many crabs! The girls pretended to be the crabs, and fit so cutely inside!
MERRY CHRISTMAS! - we were so blessed, and our very thankful!
