a day of prep

The morning of Monday July 30th, Sierra had her official [school] doctor check-up/vaccinations.

Look at that little pot-belly :) and getting so tall!

Sierra brought a little friend along to keep her safe! To our surprise no shots! Sierra was all up to date :)

Later that afternoon, we all attended Sierra's kindergarten Sneak-a-Peak, where you get to locate the classroom, meet the teacher, find out where she would sit, meet other classmates and receive a welcome packet which included a name tag to wear on the first day of school.

Mrs. James' her kindergarten teacher placed cute owl name tags on the door with all the classmates names!

Sierra found her cubby #25 (out of 26 students) - easy number to remember since that is also her birthday.

Sierra with her welcome packet, then finding her desk.

Mrs. James and Sierra - hard to believe that my baby is a kindergartner :(

Sierra was very excited to start school, and excited to be with Mrs. James,

a teacher we know well and is super sweet.
