what an absolutely pleasant life I lead....spending my days w/two beautiful girls enjoying life as a toddler! Sedona had Monday off from school in celebration of Ceaser Chavez, any day off is better than none I guess. So, Elilah and her party of 3 joined us girls at the Oakland Zoo. Again, having a membership makes a world of difference, because you just go at a slow pace w/any worries if you see an animal or not. Marissa and Sedona were our guides, checking out the deer, sun bear, the macaw, and a few monkeys. Besides that, the girls spent most of their day playing on the slides and lilly pad, while Austin slept in his stroller, catching a glimpse of a butterfly every so often, while the fresh air blew across his chubby cheeks, maybe even humming to the Beatles "Here comes the sun".
