Eggstravaganza!

A weekend of Easter Festivities began Saturday w/the Roberts family, at Antioch's Annual Egg Hunt, held at the Prewett water park! This year even though Sierra is not yet 2, was able to participate in the egg hunt. Sierra joined Marissa's age group along w/Mason. The event also included activities, crafts and pictures with the Easter Bunny. Tumbling in the carousel jumpy! Creating sugar sand art! Sierra along w/Marissa's help made bunny ears! Marissa & Sierra created Easter bonnets! Sierra & Kira amused themselves w/a mirror, cleverly placed beneath a tree! Marissa found a gold egg - winning a Purple Bunny, and a ring pop to give to Sierra! Mason & Sierra cheering to their sugar high! Sierra giving the Easter Bunny one last hug! The Roberts 5!

Later that afternoon we enjoyed a fabulous enchilada linner w/Grammie, Granpa, Grandpa Joe and Grandma Shirlee to celebrate Easter and Granpa's birthday! Grammie surprised Marissa w/a princess Easter basket and Sierra w/a Spongebob basket to find hidden eggs filled w/ lots of candy, necklaces, stickers and toys!! Sierra neatly placing the Easter "Happy Meal" dollars into her coin purse given by Grandma Shirlee! Sierra & her buddies...M&M's! Marissa licking M&M's and giving the leftovers to me and Grammie! Marissa & Sierra on the Hunt for Eggs!
