On August 27th, in an effort to raise money for Marissa's elementary school, the Parents Club hosted a Hawaiian Festival. The event included hula dancers, a ukulele performance, carnival games, and crafts! This was Krey's 9th annual event which is the biggest family event of the school year.

Here is Marissa tossing a bean bag in the stars surrounding the Coyote, their school Mascot.

Marissa got her hair spray painted in pink and purple!

The girls played lots of game, and WON so many prizes. This prize wall displayed blow-pops!

Marissa and Sierra got tattoos and had their face painted with beautiful butterflies!

The school's scholastic book fair concluded that same evening, so Clifford the Big Red Dog was there to say hello and remind everyone of his Big Idea for children to Be Kind and for students to read or listen to stories read by their parents and teachers!
