Kids movie review..
Marissa noticed the post/photo of books she and Sierra are currently reading, and
asked that I post her favorite movie(s). Great idea! Currently, the girls favorite movie is Bridge to Terabithia: Two 5th grade children develop a friendship, and they invent a magical place called Terabithia, dubbing themselves the King and Queen. FYI, one of the children die - nothing explicit, no dismenbered head or anything like that.

I was disappointed in that movie. I thought there would be more of the magical land (like it showed in the previews) and less of the sad stuff (the death, the kid getting picked on at school and chewed out by his dad...)
I wish the movie would have been longer - the magical land was fascinating. As an adult I could see why you were disappointed – but Marissa and her friend were very entertained by the KIDS and their actions during the movie, dealing w/different ways of life, keeping you interested throughout the movie. I think they would have been bored w/only the magical accept.
Hey, so I think you need to add book review to your blog ;) I was wondering how you liked your last book? It looked interesting. :)
