My parents were kind enough to watch Marissa & Sierra Saturday night, so we could celebrate our anniversary with style, even if it was a day early.
We had originally planned to go to San Francisco, but decided to spend the day in Brentwood. First having lunch at Fuzio's,
Hour massages at Massage Envy and a mini-shopping spree at the Streets of Brentwood.
Since the traditional anniversary gift is CANDY, we treated ourselves to 2 pounds of personally handpicked Dark Chocolate at See's Candy!!
We had an awesome dinner at Prevot's in downtown Brentwood. The atmosphere was good, the food was great, the drinks were flowing
and the Raw Oysters were spectacular.
We were having such a great time, laughing and conversing with the staff our waitress Claudia couldn't help but wonder what we were celebrating. We excitedly told her it was our anniversary and she surprised us with a complimentary chocolate mousse dessert along with 2 glasses of Italian port wine!
We concluded our evening at home watching a portion of our honeymoon in Italy!
In our vows we promised many things to one another which we continue to fulfill. Sure, we have our ups and downs, but know that life without one another would not be the same.
On our way to dinner I asked Brian if I have changed since the 9 years we have known one another and he proudly said, "yes you've become a wonderful mother!" That was the best thing he could have said!

Happy anniversary!!! It sounds as though you both enjoyed the day. Amy and I will celebrate 14 years on Wednesday. To bad we will be working and she is sick this weekend. Oh well plenty more to come for all of us! Congrats again! Much Love Greg n Amy
