The girls each choose 5 colors of paint, then washed off any dust prior to painting.
Sierra choose Ollie the Octopus!
Marissa choose the Party Pig, which she named Peppa Pig!
All done and ready to be placed in the kilns!
The girls choose a Mickey Mouse coffee traveler mug for me to paint. Which took me 2 hours to paint, not to mention that I wasted about 30 minutes helping them prep their piece and guide them on the proper technique (3 coats of paint)!
The girls took about 30-40 minutes to paint their piece. Thankfully, we were the only ones in the shop, so the owner was super sweet giving the girls stickers, paper, brushes and paint to keep them busy. I was very impressed at each of them - they never complained while I painted! Although, they were VERY excited when I told them I was done.
Here are our Finished Masterpieces!!! Not bad for first timers!!! :)

We'll have to set up one of my kilns at Martina's and get out some of my molds and paints so you girls can go at it.
