Sierra turns 3 years old!

Sierra is so adorable and the comedian in the family! She still calls Marissa "Robbie", but is slowly growing out of it and has began calling Marissa by her real name - BOO! Sierra's favorite color is Pink, and she loves hot dogs, cheerios w/raisins, chicken nuggets, spaghetti, french fries, pizza and Campbell's fun shape soups, but Sierra could live on CHOCOLATE alone, as can Brian. Her vocabulary is amazing, but stutters when she stumbles upon a new word or phrase. I'm so proud of how she wants to learn, and she loves having Marissa at her side and will mimic her from time to time! I still can't believe that my baby is 3 years old! I mean how did that happen - the time just flies and it isn't fair! Sure it's nice to do so many things that we were not able to do when she was a baby, and it's thrilling everyday to hear her speak and progress with new words! The best thing to look forward to is always having my girls as best friends. They say I'm their best friend, and that they'll always be my "baby". Every night as they sleep I imagine them older, and close my eyes and think about the present day, what we did, how we laughed, and lucky to still see the baby features in their face.

Sitting back and watching them play at home or at a park is probably the best thing I can have. The way things excite them, the funny way the run, to goofy things they say... they are still babies, and I love them so much!

Tuesday morning was filled with birthday songs, and birthday kisses for Sierra. The girls and I got ready for our trip to Toysrus, where we spent an hour and a half. Thankfully, we only left with what had set out to purchase, a (under $10.00) birthday present for Sierra.

Sierra's $3.00 Toysrus coupon in hand, she was ready to go! Here is Sierra at the front counter with her Geoffrey Giraffe Birthday Balloon and Crown! We strolled down every isle, finally finding her favorite item, a decorate-your-own porcelain piggy bank, with paint, stickers and glitter glue - similar to the ceramic's we painted at Color Me Mine, but WAAAY cheaper!! Here is Sierra purchasing her pig. Afterwards, we went to Skippolini's for a pizza birthday dinner! and dessert at Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream! Both Brian and Sierra had coupon's for their FREE birthday scoop! However, the worker told Brian that since it was $1.00 Tuesday, we should save our coupon for a different day! SCORE for us all. We all had our favorite ice cream, Brian: Jamoca Almond Fudge; Torina: Chocolate Chip; Marissa: Vanilla Soft Serve; Sierra: Mint Chip! I wanted to surprise Sierra with a new Strawberry Shortcake movie, that I had waiting at home, but we were sidetracked and went over my parents house to say hello and fix my dads computer! It was a nice visit, Sierra was super excited to go - but fell asleep on the way home! We'll just continue Sierra's birthday on Wednesday morning - - how lucky is she!
