Party Pigs & Garden Cupcakes

Marissa & Sierra's very good friends Angelina & Tessa [Duarte Family] gave Sierra a Blooming Cupcake Kit for her birthday - so of course we couldn't resist making the cupcakes on Sierra's actual Birthday (May 25th)!

Prior to preparing the cupcakes the girls painted their Toysrus ceramic pigs! Purchased with the $3.00 birthday coupons from Geoffrey the Giraffe!

Sierra pouring the dry batter into the bowl, breaking the eggs into the mix, pouring the water, and mixing the batter! Then pouring the batter into the holders (flower pots) w/a little assistance from her big sister Marissa! After licking the remaining batter from the bowl and spatula, Sierra finishes her Party Pig while the cupcakes bake in the oven!

Time to add the frosting and sprinkles!

Showing off their masterpiece! YUM, YUM, YUMMY! All 6 flower pot cupcakes were eaten by bedtime! HA! The edges were crispy, similar to brownies...YUM!

Thanks Angelina, Tessa, Martina and Todd - what an awesome gift! :)
