At the conclusion of selling Girl Scout nuts, chocolate and other snacks - the girls set goals to raise money for troop activities. The vote was an afternoon at Paradise Skate!
What a deal $1.00 entry fee, and $1.00 hot dogs! The girls had a blast - most of the girls had never roller skated before, so they had a few spills, and sore butts.
The smiles on their face and the excitement of learning along with the roller rink games, music and fun kept all the girls skating for 2 hrs straight, only a 15 min. break for a snack!
Marissa can't wait to go back, she has even asked for white roller skates with pink wheels for her birthday!!
